Film + Music Conference

Our good friends at Musicbed and Filmsupply license fantastic libraries of music and video respectively for creative projects. This year they put on their first annual Film + Music Conference right down the street from our shop at the Fort Worth Community Arts Center and Trust was able to be a part of the amazing weekend.

The heart of the conference was to bring film and music together to “Start conversations. Challenge convention. Provoke change.”  If you know anything about Trust, you know that we love to be a part of movements that involve bringing people together to change the world. We provided printing services for the conference, starting with staff shirts and totes printed at the shop before the event and ending with a selection of two designs and 4 shirts to be live printed at the conference.

Attendees included filmmakers, creatives, and musicians from all over the world who gathered together to be challenged to tell a more moving story. If you have ever been to a creative conference, you’ll agree that something magical happens when you put a bunch of creatives in one room. The printing was fun, but the conversations were even better. We connected with a lot of awesome people and we’ve already set up and printed orders for some of the attendees like Defacto Sound and their awesome Twenty Thousand Hertz podcast as well as Film + Music Conference sponsor, Ikan.

We have done a lot of live printing events in our day and this one is easily one of our favorites to date! It was truly an honor to partner and work with Musicbed & Filmsupply for their first annual conference and we’re crossing our fingers that it won’t be our last.

Jesse is our Creative Director. He splits his time between the Art Department and Creative duties, looking to innovate and push the company in both areas (unless he overslept.)
