Trust Field Trip

unnamed-1

We’ve talked about this a bunch on social media, so I’ll just link you here to read about the awesome experience of students coming into our space and being taught by our team. I definitely would like to take the time to mention that we love our shop and we love showing it off. We work pretty normal business hours, so if you’d like to drop by and learn something about screen printing or if you are somehow connected to a school or group that would like to set up a more formal tour, please get in contact with us! Matt makes us clean and do the dishes all the time, so it would be a shame not to show people around.

Live Printing at Waterside

unnamed-4

This month we got to live print at the awesome First Annual Waterside by Fort Worth (WxFW). Waterside is a very new development in Fort Worth. It sits on the Trinity Trail and includes a quickly expanding list of stores and restaurants including Whole Foods and REI. WxFW was a great event including local creators, businesses, and musicians. We loved printing and meeting new people, and we had two great, simple designs to work with. We can’t wait for next year!

The Holiday Season

unnamed

We sent out a specific email about the Holidays, but let’s quickly run down what’s happening to make sure we’re totally on the same page.

We’re past Thanksgiving, so the only big thing to put on your calendar is that Trust will be closed from December 22January 1. Along with that break, we also would suggest you prepare yourself for shipping issues and delays (especially as we get closer to Christmas Day). We hate when you’re disappointed, but if you find yourself ordering in a rush and shipping in a rush right before Christmas there’s a good chance you will be. So our suggestion to you is to plan ahead and inform us of deadlines ASAP and we should be able to avoid any troubles.

Our Yearly Wrap Up

I can barely believe it, but this is already the last newsletter of the year. Just like last year, we are working on what we think is an awesome year in review page that will run in place of our December newsletter. We’ve got some great things planned for this year, I can’t wait to show it to you. In the meantime, you can check out last year’s review here.

Print of the Month

Camp Thurman — Christmas 2016

4 Color HSA – Comfort Colors 6014 Pepper

Our print of the month comes from Camp Thurman. Camp Thurman is a 14 acre camp directly in the heart of Arlington. They offer day camps, summer camps, and team building with swimming, ropes courses, a zip-line, and much more. If you grew up near Arlington like I did, you probably went to Camp Thurman frequently and know tons of people who were counselors.

This shirt takes advantage of a sweet design by our very own Jake Bloom (always available for your Custom Art Needs). The print comes together with 4 HSA colors for a soft, smooth print with awesome colors. The detail in Jake’s artwork is rendered beautifully with our 600 pixels per inch screen resolution.

Jesse is our Creative Director. He splits his time between the Art Department and Creative duties, looking to innovate and push the company in both areas (unless he overslept.)
