Trust May Newsletter

Trust Turns Eleven!

We hit the big one-one! Trust‘s birthday was actually on April 29th, but the April newsletter was already so packed full that we thought we would give it some more real estate this month. It has been a decade-plus since Matt printed his first shirt in his garage, and we have officially extended our streak to eleven straight years of growth, expansion, and innovation. To celebrate we enjoyed some cupcakes and whirlyball!

This is a very special birthday for Trust, being the first we are able to celebrate in our new Fort Worth home. We are so excited for the opportunities our new location has already provided for us, and we are confident that our twelfth birthday wrap-up will show growth and innovation at an even more accelerated pace as we follow our owner’s incredible drive to never settle and never stop growing.

City:SHAPERS Presents BrewedFest

City:SHAPERS is a non-profit community organization based in Fort Worth. From their Facebook: “Our mission: Highlight Local Heroes, Bless them and Catalyze others to Rediscover their Dreams and Take Action for the Common Good of the City.” Our good friend and owner of Brewed, Joey Turner, is the founder and engine behind the organization, who are very active in Fort Worth organizing events and helping local businesses collaborate.

We had the great opportunity to be a part of the latest City:SHAPERS event, the first annual BrewedFest on May 17th. BrewedFest was a wiffle ball game put on by City:SHAPERS and Brewed, with a large group of Fort Worth businesses coming out to sell food and beverages, serve ice cream, and (in our case) live print t-shirts with a portion of the proceeds going to the Fairmount Community Library. The Bean Monsters (local coffee makers/sellers) defeated The Beer Batters (local breweries) in a not-too-close contest that also featured games and excitement between innings and a vendor Home Run Derby, which we (barely) failed to win.

Live Chat

We are extremely proud of our website. We spent a full year working with some great people on brainstorming, designing, writing, developing, and refining to get to its current state. We love how it looks and how it functions, and we think it represents us well online. However, we realized the website was missing a huge piece of what makes us who we are: our customer service. We are extremely proud of our Customer Representatives, we think they are the best in the business, and we wanted to give our online customers direct access to this incredible resource at a moment’s notice. So in mid-May, we installed and introduced a Live Chat system to our website. This means that during business hours, any visitor has direct access to our Customer Reps. Whether the question relates to the website, our services, our pricing, or general printing issues, we can get you the information you need instantly and easily. Even if you usually order over the phone or email, we would love to answer quick or general questions over live chat. Just visit any page on trustprintshop.com and look for the live chat box on the bottom-right of the screen. Even if we are not available, you will be able to leave us a message and we will answer as soon as we sign back in.
