Trust Open House
Posted January 30th, 2018 by Hannah Lewis

If you have stopped by the shop recently, you might have noticed that we did some remodeling. As a way to celebrate & let everyone have a look-see, we opened our doors & threw Trust’s first ever Open House! Our shop was filled with family, friends (both old and new), and our amazing customers who had the opportunity to print their own shirt, take a tour of the shop, eat some delicious appetizers, stay hydrated with some NoCoast Beer and bottomless coffee from Coffee Experience, & snap a photo in front of our awesome live print backdrop!

Live Printing at Oh Sleeper Show
Posted January 12th, 2018 by Hannah Lewis

We had the special opportunity to end 2017 by Live Printing shirts for our friends, Oh Sleeper at their 10th anniversary show of “When I am God”. This was our second time to live print shirts at an Oh Sleeper show and it was a blast! It also just so happened to be the final show at The Door in Dallas, which made the night that much more special.

2017 Year in Review
Posted December 21st, 2017 by Jesse MacKenzie

It’s that time of year where we look back on 2017, celebrate what happened, and look to the new year expecting big things. Where 2016 brought lots of amazing new customers, 2017 was more about internal growth. 2017 brought new team members and transitions, new equipment, exciting print advancements, and a fun remodel to the shop.

Guaranteed Quantities 2.0: Damages
Posted August 16th, 2017 by Jesse MacKenzie

This is a follow up to our Guaranteed Quantities blog post. Reading back through it, we realized that we’ve never formally or publicly dug into damages and explained what they are, how they happen, and how we handle them.

The reason Guaranteed Quantities is so important is because of damages; sometimes shirts don’t make it perfectly from the factory to your doorstep. We are still frustrated by damages, (and all of our printers are working hard to limit them as much as possible) but Guaranteed Quantities allows us to stay confident that our customers are getting what they ordered, and allows our customers to rest easy knowing their orders will never show up short, even if damages still happen.

Taking the Shortages out of Screen Printing
Posted July 24th, 2017 by Jesse MacKenzie

It’s a situation we’re very familiar with: You want to get shirts for your office team, but how many do you order? If you order exactly what you need one might get messed up and leave someone bummed out and shirtless, but if you order more than you need you might get stuck with extra shirts that you already paid for and no one wants…

Posted May 3rd, 2017 by Jesse MacKenzie

Reconnecting with an old friend, Josh Horton of Creative Works.

Trust got to be a part of a couple really awesome conferences this month. We’ve found a lot of value in conferences, getting out of the shop really helps with self evaluation and working on the business instead of in the business…

2016 Year in Review
Posted December 15th, 2016 by Jesse MacKenzie

Here we are again. Another year has come and gone. 2015 was a major year of transition for Trust as we moved our business to Fort Worth and tried to get used to an entirely new and different environment. A lot changed in 2016 as well, but we spent the whole year under the strong unifying feeling that 2506 Tillar St. and Fort Worth as a whole were Trust’s home…
